Asked for help
Helo everyone. I have struggled to get the pencil to the necessary point. Also I did the exercises of the video. After doing them my pencil ended up like in the last picture, is it normal? If not. How can I prevent it?

Have you watched DrawaBox videos? “Watch them”
he shows it wonderfully how to make marks from shoulder. I would urge to to continue whatever you are doing freely but do join DrawaBox its free and its essential.
I like the flow of your work. You're clearly paying close attention to the motion of the torso, evident by the beans.
I think improving on your proportions would be the biggest thing to focus on, which comes by pacticing more, as your eye learns to gauge the distance between masses. maybe also be a little more mindful of the thickness of limbs (one of your drawings has arms of different thicknesses). I find that spending a quick second or two to compare the lengths of different limbs helps me with my proportions. Negative space is also very helpful.
Of course these things are hard to do when you only have 30 seconds or even 2 minutes. So once again it comes down to practice. Keep up the good work!
