Great thumbnails for animation or idee for a subject. Try to work wit white ,gray ,black to gif a nice 3d effect.Line work do not matter if your are not working on a subject that is a final drawing! and you whant to learn it try to draw your favorite subject ,take a break and analyse it. don't forget reference materials, pensel

I am sorry but you have aged the woman by 20jears. First yous blend stomp for chading it keeps here young nes, second the cheek and jaw line most be ronde forms and chin wath bigger and ronder.
P.S. try for lighting the conté (paris) pencil white. and extend the value rang
Yes she does look way too old, now I know why :) The pencil I use just can't go dark, I guess that's why my values looks weird. Thank you for the lighting too and critiques , always useful

Hey becca, for better using pencils steadtler mars lumografh use them only for finale drawing.
In stead use the sketch pencil for idea's & steadtler graphic for first draw before final drawing, both draw softly don't pres too hard.
