Thank you! Question: Where do you prefer us to submit? I put it in the discussion for the lesson but I saw them in different places. I'll need to watch this critique multiple times!

Not too happy with this one. Tones are all over the place, and pressing slightly too hard with the 2B kept putting me in 4B territory. Enjoyed the process though… will try again tomorrow.

My three tries, last one with Stan trying different pencils. Hope I'm improving a little each time.

First time drawing just about anything using a technique. I did realize that I kept turning my pad or clipboard which messed up angles. I noticed in the video that he does not turn the pad while drawing so I'll practice not doing that. I found this assignment pretty difficult.

100% cannot draw but I sculpt so it's strange to me that I can't do this. I am nervous and really hope the course helps. You guys are really good!

A couple of questions. When I go to my dashboard, on the left, it says I am not participating in any courses. When I go to "courses" it says I have purchased the course. Am I missing something, is the dashboard something different? I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything for the course. Thanks.

Seeing how good everyone beginner here is makes me want to rage quit my life. I am literally the worst hand eye coordination in this course. I literally cannot draw a line and circle or anything. I hope I can muster a pear that doesn't give you all eye cancer. Fingers crossed.
Hi everyone, excited to take this course and learn the basics of drawing. I started out sculpting and cannot draw at all. I took an Anatomy Tools course and when we were done with the week, our assignments were to have 5 sketchbooks and work in them daily! I was surprised by this and I haven't done it, it's been over a year. I didn't think I was able to draw and was overwhelmed by it. I hope this is what I need to get started and feel less intimidated by the process.
