in 5 years difference my productivity in doing research in projects, assignments, presentation, or even finding a good citation, understanding the concept better and efficient, artificial intelligence labelled as menace for society is not that bad but at same time, in my class itself not a lot of students take ai as a help tool but rather a copy paste one, which means they are not understanding topic better has increased. I am all up for ai and excited to see advancement but as I mentioned the defects would be much dangerous in coming time, if AI will help saving lives, it will also help in wars taking lives.

AI is also one of my favorite topics!! I love to follow 2 Minute Papers on youtube where they talk about interesting AI projects, usually stuff that might help out artists! Like creating a rigged 3D model from just a sketch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ny-p-CHNyM&t=31s) making a photo-rendered background from a doodle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqHs_DkmDVo) and stuff like that! I also like to follow projects like "This Anime Does Not Exist", which does the same thing as "This Person Does Not Exist" but with anime/manga type images. I know that fine artists wouldn't like this type of stuff, but as I'm someone who does art and game design as a hobby, having tools and AI that help me speed up production on things I'm bad at (like backgrounds) is invaluable.

What a fun discussion! The AI potential is exciting - no need to disagree to keep the conversation interesting 😉. SO excited that on this listening, after just a few weeks playing with perspective from the 1994 course, I understood immediately what Marshall was talking about with the cylinders on X, Y, and Z axes 😃. Looking forward to that perspective course, here, too 🌈. Skella variation (upgrade option) on the Skelly app would be nice. A service that helped to match artists with curators/dealers/art managers who are likely to be interested in their art would be cool 😎.
