This is beautiful :) as for corrections, I think it you should use some harder edges in your work. Marco Bucci has an amazing video on it.

Hey RItesh, The one thing that you need to do is to stop using black to darken a color, this makes the colors look dead. Instead, you need to color shift and use either cool or warm colors in your shadows. Also, the hair looks kind of flat because there are no highlights. I did a quick paint over to show you what I'm talking about, I hope it helps :)
