Looking for critique - Portrait

It's an autoportait. It took one and a half hour I guess. I used Krita. I'm new about it. I want to improve my drawing skills but I dont know my mistakes so I dont know what should I study. Waiting for your critiques and comments

Haven't received my graphite pencils yet, so I had to do this with the Staedtler 780c. Any critiques? Should the shadow be wrapping around the form?

Giving a critique about your drawing is very hard without the reference, so I wont speak to the drawing.
What I can speak to is the painting. The biggest thing I see is that you don't have a consistent lighting on the face.
You must think about how the face is a 3D form, which means the light would wrap around the form in a consistent way. I did a quick paint over to show you what I mean, I hope it helps :)
