I need help with arms, torso, legs, basically everything.

I spent way too long trying to fix the anatomy on this piece but things still look off. More specifically Hermes' back and legs (dude with the hat) and Athena's arms and face. If you see anything else wrong with it feel free to tell me. Also what else should I add when asking for help?

I like the relief look of your image, it looks like a sculpture from a ruin.
I did a quick sketch over your image to show you what I would do to help with your issues. I notice that you tend to draw the heads too big and the limbs too short. It helps when you do a structural drawing for your pose in order to work out your perspective, that way you can add your clothing and other elements in a way that works with the perspective. I hope this helps :)
