Hey nicely done with the base and the lighting on the sculpture! It's coming along but yes it is very hard to get a good likeness. I might consider getting some more of the photos when he has a more serious expression (rather than the smiling ones) and especially the side profile view.To me from the side it looks like the chin is tucked back too far and the neck doesn't extend forward in space enough.  From the front It looks like the shape of the head might be slightly off (to me it looks like his jawline is wider and almost as wide as the widest point at the back of the skull when looking from the front view. There's also more shadow and depth to the brow ridge and eye sockets and the nose on your sculpture looks to be a little large. These are just some of the things that stand out but great job and I hope you'll keep it up! It is really coming along and it's one of the better student sculptures I've seen so far.

Looking good! really fun stylization! it looks like the back of the head is too thin from the front view and remember that the cylinder of the neck should be leaning more forward from the side view. overall great job! it looks like you had fun and I could see this style of sculpture being popular. keep it up!

Looking good! I'd say the secondary forms of anatomy could use more subtlety. don't let the secondary forms overpower the primary forms. look for asymmetry. Keep it up! The torso is a great exercise!
