Yeah, a good start encourages.
If the long journey of this practice is easy, so be it. A daily encouragement. If it gets too easy, you can make it harder. Working bigger would be one way. Working on wax paper would be another. Naming the angles would be another.
If you know George Leonard's book MASTERY, on the many plateaus of the path, it is an excellent short read, and very encouraging about long-term skill pursuits...
