solid studies.. see if you can now draw them moving... (videos -no pausing - or life)
then close all ref and draw from memory and see what you retained. It will show you what you need to learn and will surprise you what you ingested

Hello! A studies of both portraits and figures. Of the bat. I tried to do diversity in the viewpoints (or point of view?) . Next the chimera ! I hope I'm on the good track.

@David Colman Harder than I thought for sure. I think my biggest thing is proportion, and then connecting that with the movement. I'd appreciate any feedback

These are really good.
The lines are so active and flow together. The whole pages are cohesive. Very very nice.

@David Colman First time ever actually drawing skulls, never studied them, and finally understood how foundation and structure are so important!!
Took a good couple of hours, and worth it, can't wait to continue the course.
Anyone that sees this, I am very open to constructive criticism! What can I do to improve?

looking good. thanks for the kind words. I suggest being a little more objective in terms of shapes. Try using box forms to simplify the volumes and intricate details. It will help you get a better macro understanding of the forms and then couple that with the rhythms of the angles and detailed parts to find an organic flow to a solid object. Hope that helps
