Hey there! These are good line choices that get at the simplifying the original image well. The thing I'd recommend is starting out lighter with your pencil and only using a dark line at the very end when you know exactly where you want the final correct line to be -- that way, it helps make your lines more clear and readable, but you still don't have to worry about getting it right on the first try.
