Second attempt at the pear. Tried photos provided this time. Pears 1-3.

Pretty good! I like your simplification. Though I would suggest lightening values 2 and 3 (1 being lightest and 5 being darkest) in the 2nd pear a touch. Also, squinting at the drawing can help catch any areas of inconsistency in value, especially for the darker groups, since it helps look at the general masses, though this is more of a final touch that can help bring your drawing to the next level. Ok here I am with my first project. My experience is all over the shop.
