Here is this study I did from Karl Kopinski (blue one is the original). I tried to replicate the looseness of his lines. I think it's quite impressive how he manages to put so much in his drawing with loose lines while managing to make it make sense. Like you get the idea he had in his mind for this futuristic character. I realized i could kinda replicate the line work if i didn't lift the pen from the paper while drawing shapes so that's what i tried. Also i tried making the line weight heavier to indicate where a big shape was.

Great study. I very much admire the way he draws mechanical components. You did a good job replicating his use of line weights. Sounds like you got a lot out of this study!

It’s still a challenge for me to lay down light lines (whether digital or paper) so I end up erasing a lot - I feel like I’m progressing a little though - at least mentally if not with my actual drawing :)
You can try to hold your pencil further away from the tip or shave off the wood from the tip. That's what helps me

Here are mine, the most challenging one was the skull but i think that’s because I forgot about simplifying and went too much into detail. However i do feel that my lines became more confident as I drew it.

Here’s mine, the top one I did it before watching the demo and the bottom one after . I also drew the pear 2 after the demo because I didn’t want to repeat the same drawing .

Great improvement here! You fixed the issue of the outlines around your highlights and improved on the shape design in your second drawing. In your second drawing, the pear blends in a bit too much with the background and it's difficult to see the overall form. I encourage you to continue experimenting with the value shapes and see if you can define the form of the pear.
