I don't think there's anything wrong with the woman in the top right. I think she convincingly conveys a mood that ties with the composition. I also think she's anatomically accurate. It's actually the other woman I think needs working on. She comes across as too stiff. Stan and Jeff Watts suggest putting down the gesture of the figure before attempting to build structure. I suggest you work on gesture with reference for a bit. It should help. Alsooooo, I very much like the Leyendecker feel I'm getting from the women's shape design. Very well captured. Good luck.
