I don't think there's anything wrong with the woman in the top right.
I think she convincingly conveys a mood that ties with the composition. I also think she's anatomically accurate.
It's actually the other woman I think needs working on. She comes across as too stiff.
Stan and Jeff Watts suggest putting down the gesture of the figure before attempting to build structure. I suggest you work on gesture with reference for a bit. It should help.
Alsooooo, I very much like the Leyendecker feel I'm getting from the women's shape design. Very well captured.

Wow, good catch! I can already see how her gesture is too stiff. I will also try capturing the gestures first from now on before building the anatomy. Thank you!

Usually, for these kinds of illustrations, you would have to figure out the anatomy based on references you shot with a model (or using yourself as a model). Proko talked about this on the last episode of the draftsman podcast (titled "Developing an Illustration"). There's also info about this in Gurney's book imaginative realism.
Are you trying to do this purely from imagination without any reference?

Hi, I am in the process of drawing three figures looking at a painting. I was wondering if there are any fundamental anatomy mistakes that I can fix?
I am not used to drawing from my imagination, so I can't immediately identify what I should fix.
For instance, I am struggling with the lady in the top right. Besides fixing the eye, I feel like the tilt of the head or the shoulders is unnatural. Any feedback would be helpful!
