Yeah, it is really challenging!!! I struggled with it a lot, but know it is my favorite part of the skeleton :) It's really cool😎
To get a better understanding of the scapula it helped me to practice drawing it from imagination; in a simplified format. Just to play around with it's range of motion and relationship to the other bones.
I came up with a mass conception of the scapula last year that I'm really happy with. I attached an image of it, in case you find it useful.

good day every one, i'm trying hard to finish this lesson in one week, also i'm using "cs scan" app in ios, any one have better app to scan exercise plz recommend :))
