My attempt at a crocodile/gorilla. I realized drawing this I couldn’t really draw a gorilla or crocodile lol. I’ll attempt again when I finish the course

Hi @Nikhil Lewis, cool drawing!
- You might appreciate reading this reply https://www.proko.com/s/YiWN
- I took a quick look in your course library, but couldn't see the Drawing Basics course. Don't miss out on that one! You'll learn a lot of important drawing concepts that will help you in other courses. And the drawing basics course also seems like a lot of fun :)
I hope this helps :) Keep up the good work 💪😎👍
PS. the quick tip is based on this lesson How Animators Use Basic Shapes with Aaron Blaise

Hey Stan, something that always helped me in school was always asking the teacher what a certain concept or lesson was trying to eventually teach me to be able to do to help me visualize the concept of the lesson better. It can feel discouraging at times when i practice I don't feel like i'm seeing the eventual arrival location of the practice. If you, or anyone else could help me comprehend what you would say the "major" long term effect of the lesson is all about that would really help me out. Please excuse me if i am coming off as rude, i have a bad habit of seeing the trees instead of the forest.
I'm a beginner, but I've noticed that when I'm drawing from imagination I naturally fall back on my gesture practice. Its helped make my art look a little more natural in movement, and its helpful for learning a little bit of basic anatomy, because you start to notice some of the natural curves of the body

Level 1 student tries - a lot of lost lines and fun the some relaxed pigs!

First time posting, any critique welcome. This was a pretty hard one, I haven’t drawn much imagination before, I was going for a gentleman orangutan

This is what I got so far:
Kinda WALL E inspired, a lone rusty mechanical robot wandering the wastelands scouring for trash - in this case broken cars.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Is the robot clear enough or does it blend too much into the background?
Also, does anyone know how many pieces we can submit, is it only one?
