OOF. This was pretty difficult for me, especially the boots! My mind couldn't wrap around those laces (haha!), but it was such a good exercise. For the first time in a LONG time, I just let myself make the mistakes and go with the flow. I got into a meditative state and actually began enjoying the process! Excited to continue the course!
