Here are my three attempts. I have a problem with quite a few things, such as knowing where to start, confidence in my lines, and proportion. Stan’s demonstration was very helpful. I will now try these drawings again and try for improvement in each of these areas.

For Miss Robot, I first used a red pencil to rough in the drawing. I think she turned out pretty well, but got a little messy. I traced over the first drawing to better see the final result. She still needs work.

Hello! This is my first attempt at the Level 1 Pear . What do you guys think? Also, my drawings tend to smudge as I'm doing them, so would love ways that I can avoid that. Thanks!

I have tried again with the pears, but I really struggle with seeing the darkest value on the fruit. I would use only the lightest dark and the 3 light values. I guess I need to train my eyes to see what is really there. I will keep trying.
