Graphite: He uses Staedler pencils, usually mechanical pencils. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoyaGaFajSU&ab_channel=Proko. And he often uses Conte 1710 2B pencils, which is a very black compressed charcoal (not so smudgy as normal charcoal), which I am a fan of myself. My own favorite is the Tombow mono pencil, HB or 2B, because of the slightly darker graphite lines.
