Hi @michael gizaw, nice drawing! This is a difficult pose, but I think you've captured the spirit of the pose! So great job with that!
I'll do my best to help you further:
VALUES
If you squint at the reference, note how the shadows and the hair group into a single dark shape. Note how the bottom of the nose, upper lip and the eye sockets are part of that group. If you get this grouping right the shading will appear much more realistic in the drawing. (you can do the same thing for the lights and the midtone values)
STRUCTURE
The placement of the features is a little off. One thing that helps a lot in drawing is to follow a good process. Starting with a loomis head to get the overall structure is a great idea. From there you can then add the details. If the big picture works, so will the details; if the big picture doesn't work, the details will end up in the wrong place.
