Hi Michael,
I’m a beginner so my advice isn’t 100% perfect, but I’d say try focusing on using longer continuous strokes instead of lots of smaller, shorter ones. I always try to complete the drawing in 15 strokes or less, it helps me to focus on the bigger motion, the lines of actions, that’s happening in pose.
Practice shadowing the lines you’ll draw before you do, that’s if you are unsure of them (making the motion of you drawing the line but not actually drawing it yet till your sure, Proko does it a lot in the videos). It'll make your drawings look cleaner and more confident too. And remember the c s and I lines and exaggerate them if you can so the pose looks more dynamic. Hope that helps!
first attempt at 30 sec. some went over time a bit
