Did them in order and I felt better as it went on. The lost vs found lines really stuck with me and I tried to find the correct line and show it. Sometimes I got a bit tired but fun exercise!

Did snail before demo, did shoe right after snail demo but before shoe demo. I skipped laces this time around as I didn't have time in the morning for laces and I just didn't want to get into it then xD

Confidence will come with practice but you can definitely be mindful about the pressure you're putting on your pencil. Try to keep your strokes light until you are happy with the placement of your line, then darken. You did a great job with this assignment, nice work!

Second attempt after watching most critiques and demos... I like the added background, I'm a bit unhappy with my midtones still. I used HB, 2B, and 14B and 2B & 14b behaved OK but HB was super sharp comparatively. Maybe just a note to be slower and more careful. I also *still* find finding the darkest shadows a confusing fools errand. Fun though!
