Lion. I'll try to revisit this lesson with a different animal.

A bit rushed today. I will have another go at this one. I do prefer the smaller sketches here. Pls feedback.

Penguin. Possibly not sketchy enough and too neat. Not sure. Lacking some energy I feel.

My wee skull. I Found this one pretty challenging (my time boxing went out the window!) and I can see I failed to simplify enough!!! I enjoyed the process though. Feedback welcome. Thanks.

My Camel. Again, tried to timebox the stages here. Mapped out the basic shape, simplified, and stopped when out of time. Happier with the flow and line quality of this vs my snail. Please feel free to comment.

Tried to timebox this to 10 minutes....then extended it to 15, then 20, then forced myself to stop. I think the timebox helped me simplify and make decisions. Feedback welcome.

My snail. Boots to come. I think I'm happy with it overall but I feel it's missing flow. Please feel free to comment.

I realised after finishing that I'd forgotten to add the shadow on the floor cast by the pear! I think this would have helped me with the darkest tone. Overall I'm happy with the observation. This was a good challenge. Feedback very welcome.

I immediately noticed that I forgot the shadow cast by the pear. This should have been the darkest value! I thought this would be tough, and it was.
