This is my first attempt at the contour drawing of the boots.

First try

This is my first assignment, "The Pear." I think it's a little over rendered for what the assignment called for. I should have gone for more of a chiseled look as described. I think I came close-ish to what I should have done. What do you guys think? This is pre watching the demo. I'm going to watch the demo and post again with the new result.
