added comment inChapter 2a - Color Temperature - Warm vs. Cool
Hi Marco and fellow students,
I have a question about color tempreture. Is there a warmest warm and coldest cold color ? The vedio said warmer "red" will go towards orange. If I want to have a warmer "orange", which way should I go ? towards "red" ? I am a bit confused. Same question for the cobalt, if I want a colder "cobalt", which way should I go on the color wheel ?
Thanks,

If you want your orange to feel warmer or your cobalt to feel colder, I think it might have more to do with the colors you pick to put around them than the hue of the color itself.

I'm bad at drawing people. I learned a lot in this class. The importance of structure, in particular, which I was never really taught. Looking forward to the other courses. Thank you for this quality art education. Learned more about the human figure than from all the art classes I've taken, combined.

I probably did everything wrong. But I will try to keep improving.
I don't think you're bad at drawing people! Your poses seem very grounded and expressive to me. You can tell you've put a lot of time and study into your work and lots of us would be happy to get where you are.

Asked for help
Hello, these are some of my gesture drawings I've done so far. Any feedback is welcome.
Lots of good stuff in there! Proportions are in the ball-park, lots of different poses, you're not afraid to represent the hands or feet. I love the lines on the head where you draw "inside" the shapes. If you have more time, you might try drawing "inside" the shapes of the torso and hips (drawing "rubber band" lines around the shape. If you're short on time, you might try capturing bolder gesture lines and representing the "body" as simpler shapes like cylinders. Keep going!
