Try to focus less on subject on more on clear strokes :) and maybe start with penguin? this crazy lad is not easy :)

Fruits before watching the Demo. And i know its wrong but i don't really get how to simplify it. The colors confuse me. Do I try to draw shapes from the color values or the light and shadow and, the bigger struggle for me, how can i separate them. I don't really see it. Sometimes I don't know if there is shadow/light or if the color of the fruit is just dark/light. But it was fun and now I'll try doing it again after watching the demo. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, do I use different line directions on each plane when shading. Not sure how to ask the right question.
I THINK I know what you mean. For the most part Stan shaded with a side to side movement (except on the background and cast shadow). So didn't use different line directions. But I think it's ok not to be too worried about plane changes for this project.
