I needed two attempts at the VR girl. Proportions are still off. Tried to focus on the lines than detail.

A third attempt, this time without smudging lines. Can't wait until my other hardness leads arrive, so I have an easier time doing the different shades of gray.

The pear with the color gradient on it was done with a 0.5 mm HB mechanical pencil, before watching the video. The other pear was drawn with a 2 mm HB pencil and a 5.6 mm 6B pencil.
I smudged both times. The first time because I didn't know, the second time because I forgot.
I've completed lesson 1 and 2 of drawabox and the 250 box challenge. However, rather than continuing (for now) I think I'd rather learn (some) figure drawing first.
Should I do the Learning How to Draw course first? And/or which aspects of it are not covered by drawabox, and which should be known prior to starting the figure drawing class?
Or can/should I dive right into the Figure Drawing Fundamentals?
Or continue on drawabox and finish at least lesson 3 first?
