Allrigjt so, secodn try, I think i sticmed to tje proper values a bit better, not really sure on the lighter ones tho. This time tho i feel like the edges are way less sharp.

Hi, this tryed to draw it before watching the demo video.
I definetly can see issues, and I could definetly simplifiy it much more, but being a total newbie I'd like some feedback!
I'll try this again after watching the demo video. Thanks everyone

I think this is a good level of simplification. You would even add a bit more variation in that big light value shape to show more subtle plane changes. Be careful about outlining the shapes though, you want to try to make the shapes with hard edges -- keep it the same value as the surrounding shape!
