Did a level 2 sketch as well - will do a few more digitally after scanning in previous rough sketches from daily drawings

Level one project: first image using 3 kind of line weight based on importance of line(heavy, medium and light). Second image using different line weight based on light and shadows. Used digital media for this one. I will try now to challenge myself a bit more with other suggested assignment. Wherever you are on your progress, keep practicing a little everyday 👍.

Finally, a bit caught up. So much to learn!…but overall happy with the attempt. Im sure they as long as we don’t quit on ourselves, whatever our level is, a year from now we will all be able to look back and see how far we have reached. Keep it up everyone!!

I tried them before watching the video. I knew I drew too many details once I saw the video cover. Just hope I can draw more relaxed.

Another push on my attempt to practice and catch up. Far from perfect/good quality lines but good, fun leaning.

CSI PROJECT: Some more catching up. The boots were a bit more complicated than expected but still fun.

I picked a Chihuahua as my character, I picked one reference where the dog is shown in profile, and one where I better view of the head. Then sketch those, and then I tried to construct the head with simpler forms and some exaggeration. For the final sketch from imagination I tried to draw a similar pose as the reference but from a different angle. I tried to exaggerate the head size and bulging eyes, and give the dog a bit more character. This was a very fun exercise

Some more catching up: CSI. A few too many lines and a bit of an evil face on this one 😬😂.
