Some beans from this class
Deiff Mg
This are some beans that I made while watching this lesson, some of them I drawn 3 times, one on my own, one at the same time as Stan and the last one after watching how Stan did it. Then I did some clean up of the form and made the page more presentable. Any critiques are welcome :)

Hi everyone! Nice to see all of your great work. This are a selection of some 2 minute poses I did for this lesson. Any critiques are apreciated :)

Hi @Dave Mg, Very successful gesture studies!   I noticed some things that might help:   - Watch out for symmetry in the contour of the limbs. Symmetrical curves take eachother out, hurting the flow. Bend the contour to follow the main gesture, or even better, try to think of how you can use asymmetry to push the flow forward as a stream of water (I attached an image from another critique), like you´ve done in drawing #3   - In #5 I think it would have helped to connect the shoulders with a rhythm, instead of drawing two separate contours. Same with the breasts -In all your drawings the head is way too small (I had the exact same issue when I did these). The main focus in this lesson is gesture so you shouldn't stress over proportions, just be aware that you have a tendency to make things larger as you go down the body, try to go for the oppositie and you´ll gravitate towards correct proportions.   Hope this helps :)

congratulations for this big step!
