I'm always interested to know why people copy. What does copying do for you? What skill do you hope to improve by copying another's work line for line?

I thought I had posted, but it’s gone now. Since I am homebound, I went to YouTube and searched “people watching airport” and that’s what I’m sketching from. First two sketch pages before going to bed.
