Hi ! Nice work ! I think the perspective could be improved, don't be afraid to use simple shapes firstly and redrew it after. Also, even with animals you should use lines of action and give them more life :) ( I tried to draw you something as an example of what i'm saying )
Bean side by sides, along with a compilation of various beans. Critique is appreciated!

Asked for help
Hello! I have some gestures I would like to share from a Croquis Cafe session. The pages range from 1 minute, to 2 minutes, to 5 as labeled.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi Brittany! Good studies here and they look well balanced. The lines are drawn a bit dark in areas but definitely have some good flow in areas too. Try to draw slower and lighter with more flowing lines rather than stop-and-go types. No need to add in bumps or contours since the exercise is to capture the movement of the body...trying to get at the core of the flow of body parts…flow of spine, arms etc using CSI lines. Also look for ways to push or help the flow in the limbs by using (( asymmetrical vs () symmetrical lines like in the upper thigh in attached image. Symmetrical curves () tend to cancel each other out and hurts the flow of the gesture. Try to bend or draw through the contour to keep with the gesture. Hope that made sense. Good work and keep them coming!
