A lot of staring before the "aha" moment. The first assignment had a "due date". Will there be future video commenting?

I was lucky enough to go to an Arts high school and was passionate about the art history fundamentals (Greek Roman Egyptian) at the time. We were also taught to draw from observation on our commutes, and from structures indpired by those times(in NYC). Sketching has always stayed a hobby but I went on to study sculpture and lost many drawing fundamentals. I've worked as a carpenter and want to understand how to draw the forms I imagine/want to create. I've always liked Charlie adlard's depth(the Walking Dead) and Moebius. I want to understand my surroundings like Kim Jung Gi, and be able to sketch forms like @muddycap 's chairs on instagram. I'm tired of sketching floating things! I want to understand how to place things and roatate and manipulate them,not just guess or use/depend on a ruler
