There is a lot of things I need to work on, especially small details and proportions. My face looks more like an aged up version of the reference image. I made do with the pencils I had (4H, HB, 2B, and 4B) and tried to make 5 tones out of them. It semi-worked out except the two tones made by the HB and 2B, they both look the same. Although I am quite proud of it, I am also aware that there are plenty of mistakes in it. Without the details and just general shape shadows it looked pretty good, and then when the details came in I realized there were a lot of things off :P

I can see major improvements from my first attempts (right) compared to after the demo (left). The one consistent thing I find myself needing improvements on is my strokes and my technique. It seems to be very messy compared to Stan's shading. I was lacking a 6B pencil so I just did 4B over a few times to make it darker. Feedback is welcome and appreciated!

Hello hello! My first attempts on the pear drawings before watching the demo. I think for the first time it was good, but there is a lot to work on. Especially my patience in shading 😅 I also did Lvl 2 to see if I could do it and get the main idea, but I'm still far from what I expected. Especially, in the proportions. I would appreciate any feedback, thank you!

These drawings are fun. The only thing I notice is that some of the values are not consistent. I think you might benefit from organizing your values on the edge of the page before you start shading. This will help simplify things while you’re learning. Your drawings are good 👍 hope this helps

Played around with mostly pencils that I currently have in my reserve. Line exploration and practice with different shapes, opacity, and angle (Left side). My bottle which was quite simple and a limbless dragon flying behind it for fun (Right side). Interested in cylinders for some reason😛

This is a fun sketch page! Nice dragon. Maybe try some ellipse exercises. Keep it up!
