Sketching from imagination! I drew some of my reference photos trying to feel for how them on the page, see what parts I liked and disliked. Was a very fun process but when I came to drawing my own I feel like it came out more «cartoonishly», could be because I tried drawing a front facing anglerfish, which was way harder than I expected.

Sketching! I was a little stuck on the vr girl, but after I took a break I started to make all the box shapes before I started sketching it went great

I used to get very frustrated while drawing, but lately, I've noticed that it's getting a little easier to understand the images I'm trying to draw. Yet there's a lot to learn. I would appreciate some feedback on my drawing. :))

Tho I feel like I got the proportions correct, I also feel something is off🤔 is this correct for the CSI line assignment?

Was pretty happy with the level 2 skull, feel like I managed the proportions, and the lines feels good:) I see now that I missed the teeth, but I guess it can stay simplified for now

Was unsure at first if I was ment to simplify the laces on the boots, redrew it after det Csi Demo:)

Tried my hand at level 2, drawing a face this way is so different than drawing the fruit! Doing this with not much guidance was very hard, can’t wait to learn how to do and understand this better:)

First try at the pear! Simplification of the pear was fun! I see that I did struggle with the simplified shading tho!

To be completely honest I don't really get what's the point of drawing this without previous instruction. I already know I don't know how to draw, I get it. Here is the pointless assigment I've done:

I’m coming back to art after an almost an 8 year break. I’m not too happy with how my skills have dulled but I’m not going to let that discourage me. I noticed I was pretty lazy with my lines when shading. I was rushing a little because of my own time crunch. I plan on watching the demo next and taking another swing at the 🍐 I love constructive criticism so lay it on me haha
