Can talk about programming part, you honestly can do it yourself for Free if you are motivated enought I say that coming from a paid-school if you need a price mine costed ~about 19k eur, I would suggest either C++ or C# I would suggest to start with C# and then like a year and half in jump on C++ for a bit to understand a bit more how memory work, language as those are well.. used by 2 very common industry game engine (Unity for C# and Unreal for C++) for what to use the industry standard is visual studio -> https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/community/ , visual studio community is free and a way too usefull tool to not use. https://www.w3schools.com/cs/index.php <- for the very basic (C#) this is more of a simple wiki you can most likely find structure course that follow a project to be build on, even if its C# its kind of the same for most language out there only the "wording" of things change a bit but the logic is pretty much the same.

bonnieblue 3h Hi y'all. HELP PLEASE. So I thought I'd try the portrait measuring thing again. Didn't go well at all the first million tries, but here we go again. Got to get this measuring thing down. What do you do w/ a pict that nothing lines up throughout? I can't find a unit of measure, on this guy, that will go everywhere like Stan did in his examples. Can any of you? Also, it was unclear in the video, to me anyway, how to put all these measurements onto paper. I'm using a big piece of paper like he said & a letter size reference. I understand not to do the sight size. Got that. What is Stan's method even called? YouTube might help if I knew what it's called Wish there were a ton of these demos. Thank y'all so much

il say 'yolo it put something on that paper and compared wathever you puted down to wathever you want to put down next , lets say here yous tart with de cowbow hat just get the angle of that hat and width of it , from there you can think of pther stuff like the head being x% wide compared to hat and so on.
@bonnieblue
hi y'all, HELP PLEASE. Where are level 1 people supposed to quit? I missed where the stopping point is. Here's 3 hrs & 2 tries & I can't find the forrest OR the trees! I haven't missed any lessons, done all the assignments, draw on my own, etc & this is way beyond me. Don't get me wrong, I want to learn how to draw people, but this is crazy. What am I doing wrong? Thank y'all for all the help

Not alone there lads that is how it some some of us will need much more time on those kind of stuff, tho the purpose of dis one is very unlickely to make you "good" to those at the end of it but more of an introduction so that you have that somewere in mind (at least dats what I think else ye dat may be a wall xD).

@akzafeld
Oooo fancy def something to look a few time and practice a few million time that is a lot going on in there but thats so cool that the thought process is explained there @Stan Prokopenko bit of a question there tho so those are "Rhythms" but they could count as much as gesture kind of drawing no?
@akzafeld
Ahoy there , is it supposed to be more like this? :
Zach Pipher
sort of looks like what he was saying, although the shape of the flipper does seem to be flattened a little bit. There is a pretty sharp downturn to the body at the bottom of the flipper.
Dave Sakamoto
It took me a while to get into the flow of this exercise. Seals are fascinating animals to draw. I never realized how closely they resemble dogs, from the neck up. :)

@akzafeld
I personally still cant do anything that has much "floof" going on :( I suppose it get super distracting and the brain get confused a lot when a lot of "detail" get involved wich just end up as a puree in the brain.
Stan Prokopenko
You did a pretty good job keeping your shapes simple in your project. Doesn't seem like you got distracted by all the details!
