your reflected lights are too light. They are same value as your halftones thus making it confusing.

There is a some deviation from the reference going on here. I need to get you to see where you could get a more accurate version of her. Take the reference photo and put it next to your painting. Use rapid eye movement back and forth looking at just one part at a time. Do the eyes first. Once you see the difference, make a mental note and quickly fix it to match the photo closer.
