Hello Marco, iam studing first chapter for quite long time. It is a lot of information, have a filing that i have to get it right everything before move foward, iam stuck.
What is the best to not forget all the info , and get foward?
I was thinking to back to every single future for example nose, watch again and exercise base on that… only problem that its gona take me a lot of time, and again filing that iam stuck….
any advice, great program, love your attitude…

Hi! I am stuck in this spiral as well! I was thinking of doing a 100 heads challenge and everyday watching one lesson and then doing the heads to slowly integrate it in my mind with practice. I don't know if I can keep it up or if it will work. Wish me luck!
