Wow, the likeness and the exaggeration look awesome to me! Great job! One thing, though, that I guess you might wanna take a bit more time to figure out is the neck. In regular human anatomy, it must attach to the base of the cranium; on an exaggeratedly elongated head like this, I’m not sure how I’d solve it, but I’m presuming you wanna keep the realistic vibe to your caricature, so attaching it to the chin doesn’t look like a very good idea. This is definitely something to be thought through in the abstraction stage and try to make it look as natural of a structure as possible. Ah, and since this is the final drawing, I’m thinking you might also wanna polish the outermost edge of the hair to the left side of the image a bit more, maybe make it more textural and nicely rendered as you did on the right side!
