Wahoo! New site hype!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the Proko community but I've been drawing for most of my life, mostly portraits and characters, and I'm excited to have a place to post my work and see other artist's work. That social aspect is what I miss about in-person art classes. Any other newbies to the community out there?
Newbie right here! Looking around and just exploring right now. Seems like a pretty good community form type thing so far.
Been watching Proko sporadically for years now, never been to the site since the support for cartoon and character design seemed to be of less importance. But now looks like a good moment for me to join with all this teachers supporting the project.
I didn't even know there was a forum for these Proko courses, oops. I've been poking around on the new site and it looks exciting so far, can't wait to interact with y'all and nerd out about art.
I registered to this site about 2 years ago, but never actually use it until now. Kinda surprised that they still have my account. So yeah, I'm a newbie too I guess haha!
I've been mostly using the Proko site for the anatomy lessons, just reading through the old article posts to inform myself about the bone structure of a skeleton and modelling it in VR haha. I'm super excited about the new site though, the community aspect is nice in a forum, there's a lot of discord art communities but I am usually more of a lurker in those.
Same. I’m the only person of my friends and family that’s an artist, so I’ve been in need of some community. I’m excited to see your work!
I've been using the Proko site since last year for Figure Drawing and Anatomy training, but to be honest, I never noticed there was a community attached. So ... while I'm not new to the (original) site, I'm brand spankin' new to the community.

I've been watching Proko videos for a few years but I'm the type to never comment; a "lurker" as they're called. I'm looking to change that and make connections in this community while also making improvements on my art!
Complete newbie here. Starting from pretty much zero experience drawing and took it up during COVID times as something to study and help me relax and focus. Have been studying the Proko figure class, am learning the basics of perspective, and practicing the basic forms daily in my sketchbooks. Really looking forward to the new site redesign and finding a community!
Hey Robin! I am not new to this site, but I am so happy it has finally opened because of that very reason, the social aspect to art!
