How do I know if I'm a beginner, intermediate, or advanced?
Well I would recommend you is to fill some page (2 or 3 A4 printing paper sheets) with some on your drawing (like objects, one or two figures or sample geometric forms. Try to put some texture and shading. Then ask the others (it can a Proko instructor or students on the discord) what are the strengh and weaknesses their see. If you shading is of and your pyramids looks "«strange" than may mean that you need to pick up the beginners courses and learn the parts you don't know.
What is tricky about drawing is that to make good/ realistic art you always need to tackle every big (and even little things) you don't know. There's so much to know to have a solid fondation!

Hey Dre, knowing where you are in your artistic journey can sometimes be a bit challenging because art is a subjective field. However, here are a few general criteria that can help you determine your abilities...
Beginner: You're just starting to learn the basics of drawing. You're developing your understanding of essential principles such as form, line, shape, value, and space. Your work is primarily about learning to control your tools and getting comfortable with creating.
Intermediate: You have a solid understanding of the basics and are beginning to develop your own style. You're familiar with the general rules of art and are starting to experiment with breaking those rules. You're also starting to understand more complex concepts like composition, perspective, and color theory. You can create work that is technically sound, but there might still be a gap between what you envision and what you're able to put on the page.
Advanced: You have mastered the technical aspects of your art and have a strong, distinct style. You can consistently create work that matches your vision. You understand complex concepts and can manipulate them to suit your purposes. You're able to critically analyze your own work and others' to continue growing and improving.
This is just my general overview of these skill levels. Obviously there's going to be some overlap between these as well. I hope this helps.
