Hey Testers, I picked up a copy of Steven Pressfield's "The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles" after Stan and Marshall discussed the book on the podcast.
It's only 2 and a half hours, so it's quite readable, and it seems to be a motivational, self-help, easy to listen to while sketching sorta thing, so I was thinking about testing a monthly book club here. If anyone else wants to read and join, we can find time at the end of May to Zoom chat about the book and corresponding podcast episode.
Alas I am unable to source the book for ya, my copy is tied to my Audible account, but let me know if you're interested and we can put a discussion together.
Great idea. I'd be interested in joining the book club. Virtual makes it even easier; all hail our Zoom overlords.
I love this one, I've listened to it a bunch of times, fantastic.

Maybe its another one from the podcast, I don't remember.
Very cool idea for a book club. I have War of Art my audible account as well. Pressfield’s narration gives great energy to his message that works for me personally. Highly recommend the audiobook version. Down the road, It would be very interesting to see what books/ audiobooks people participating in such a group might recommend. As an audible addict who practically lives in headphones, recommended new books to try is always welcome!
