Nice job designing the line of the terminator (line that separates the lights from the darks). This is a solid pear. There are a couple things that you can work on moving forward that will help push it further. Try to tighten up your value shapes -- there are areas, especially in the lighter value range where your edges get a bit soft and blur into each other. For this exercise, try to use hard edges that clearly show the boundary of each shadow shape. Don't outline your shapes with a dark line -- use even shading to represent the edges. Secondly, try to get a bit darker with your values. Using a wider value range will help you with tightening up those value shapes because there will be more of a step between each value. You can warm up wit a value scale like the one I've included in the image. It doubles as a reference that you can use to match the values in your drawing. Overall really nice work. I like the shapes you designed, these suggestions will just help them become more readable.
