Hey Nanokan,
Nice work- "artstation worthy" is always an upward goal, so it's always good to keep at it. But here's some thoughts that I hope can help!
1. I think the presentation can be simplified. Watch out for tangents and where placements get too close to the edge. Think about what you want to show off- I'd say the posed character should have the most presence on the page. I attached an alternate version below.
2. You have a pretty good grasp on painting and rendering material so I'd challenge you more on the design aspect. Iterations on her armor would be great- but I'd be interested in the thoughts that made you want to come up with this character. Try to justify your design decisions with story: What is the energy emanating from her sword? Why is it red? Why are there bandages on her other sword? Why is the dagger less ornate than the other blades? Answering these questions might bring her more to life and could inform her armor iterations as well!
Congrats, Its a really cool design. But I would say most of the details you carefully added in there are kind of lost due to low contrast. Its really difficult to appreciate them. I think you should add some lighter patches of tone in there so as to give the eye something to hold on. Some middle values to contrast with the darker ones.
