Hi Rayan, I have done a charcoal drawing of the same pose that you might wanna check out in my album, The thing I wanted to mention was that dont just copy the shadows but actually understand them Ask yourself why the shadow is that way, what would happen to it if we change the light source's position and other things like that Look for how the form of the body changes, how that affects the values, etc Thinking of it in this ways will improve your art a million times faster Hope that helps.

The thing is, the way you rendered the forms is causing some strange forms to the torso. I hope my sketch helps you understand the forms better :) P.S.
