I just got the Drawing Basics course, and completed the first day, but I had a question about working digitally. How concerned should I be with the shading method? I have some okay pencil and line art brushes, but they didn't really look great hatching. Long term my style probably won't involve hatching either. Should I still try to find a better pencil brush and work on hatching, or should I just move forward, focusing on blocking out the shapes with maybe flats? Critique on the work is also welcomed <3 Thanks for any help!
