Arm muscles anatomy, looking for feedback

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to draw arms from imagination and need some help. I want to know if the anatomy looks convincing enough for concept art. Please ignore my linework, because I just got a small screenless drawing tablet and still trying to get use to digital art. I can already see that I need to work on connecting the hands to the wrist better, for both drawings. Any other help would be appreciated.

I haven't done the arm anatomy course yet so I can't really comment in detail but I will comment as a casual viewer. The left arm looks mostly pretty good to me. I think the muscle next to the elbow looks a little big but I haven't really studied muscular dudes a lot so hard for me to say. But I do like the dramatic light and shadow.
The green arm looks a little odd to me because the forearm is the same width as the upper arm which strikes me as a bit unusual.
