Hi, that’s my self portrait submission. I painted me in a mysterious dark environment with horns and breast like Baphomet. There is no men or female in darkness, just signs of an open eye. Hope u like it!

Hey guys, I’ll show you some progress of my self-portrait painting. As you can see I started with black and grey. Next I’ll will go in with very dark and saturated colors. Everything should be dark and mysterious. Hope u like it so far, pls give me some critique. Cheers Max
Thank you Charlene for your advice and thoughts. You’re totally right with everything you said. I overpainted the lower part of the painting since it didn’t feel right. It didn’t match my idea that I had in mind so I reworked it. Next steps will be to correct the anatomy and glaze everything so the background and figure will be more merged in together.
