Hi, you don't seem to be drawing directly onto your ipad. What are you actually drawing on?

I love your art and your round, stylized paintings remind me of greek sculptures, this has led me to mix my traditional and digital inspirations for painting. How many years of very intentional work did it take you to get to a comfortable skill level? Are there any passion projects you dreamed of completing once you got good that you have completed now or moved on from? (I'd like to become good at painting portraits, and telling stories through animation and graphic novels, but I'm not sure what kind of questions would be helpful to ask, so I just wanted to ask that 💖)
